Heidi joined the Neil & Associates team in 2017. She worked as a Group Administrator for 5 years and moved into the Senior Group Operations Specialist position in August 2022. She completed her Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) in 2020 and is also a Licensed Assistant. In her role of Senior Group Operations Specialist she is responsible for assisting the Group Administrators with servicing group insurance clients, including group benefit and group retirement plans. She provides the Group Administrators with valuable knowledge and experience, assists with training, and as always is there to assist all areas of our Group Insurance team to ensure we are providing the utmost client service.

Heidi was born and raised in New Brunswick, but relocated to the Peace Region in 2014. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, camping and quadding during the summer months. During the winter, you are more apt to find her cooking or baking a new recipe, watching a documentary, or reading a good book.
