Mildred moved to Canada from the Philippines in 2019. She took a Business Administration course at Prairie Western College, and has worked in customer service for over a decade. She is a wife and a mother to 3 adorable kids, and in her spare time she likes to read, travel, craft, and go on date nights with her husband.

She is responsible for servicing group insurance clients, including group benefit and group retirement plans. Her services range from policy renewals, quoting, plan setups, and providing ongoing assistance to the group plan administrators and employees whenever a question or issue arises.
